Arlo offers the following Returns Policy:

Any product that is dead-on-arrival will be replaced upon receipt and testing of the faulty product. Return shipping will be charged to return items found to be in good working order. If a product is found to be defective, please email us. Only the defective component should be returned.

Because of the personal nature of these products, working products can not be returned. If you want to test a product, we suggest buying a just a battery, USB charger, and the minimum cartridge pack. If you like the product, order the starter kit and spares, or just order more supplies.

These products have limited lifespans, particularly the atomizers. Since the life of an atomizer is dependent on the method that its used, we offer no warranty on atomizers.

We will replace any battery that fails in the first month after purchase. The warranty is honored on all defects. The warranty does not cover battery failure caused by overfilling cartridges.

We will replace any charger that fails in the first six months after purchase.

Pipe atomizers are warranteed against defects for 60 days.

Please do not return merchandise without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed.
