Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering a zip code. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. To keep your cost low, we ship small packages (less than 13 oz.) by USPS First Class Mail and larger packages by USPS Priority Mail. All overseas shipments are USPS Priority Mail. For shipments in the US, delivery is typically 2-4 days after you place your order.

Q: What happened to Paypal?
A: We have been advised by Paypal that selling electric smoking products violates their Acceptable Use policy. While we regret their decision, we respect their right to set and enforce policy. We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover with secure payment processing by First Data LinkPoint. LinkPoint uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and transmit confidential transaction and order information.

Q: Can an Electric Smoking Device help me to quit smoking?
A: No, these devices are not intended to be used as smoking-cessation products. They are an alternative to smoking tobacco. If your goal is to quit smoking, then you should use a product that has been tested and approved for the purpose of smoking cessation. Consult with your physician to determine the best method for you.

Q: Are electric smoking devices safe?

For reasons that are not clear, the FDA issued a press release warning that electric cigarettes might be unsafe. They failed to include any substantiating test data to support the warning.
